1. Return Conditions

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products damaged or defective during shipping.
  • Products not as described or incorrect items delivered.
  • Products expired at the time of delivery.

2. Return Period

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

3. Return Process

  1. Step 1: Send an email to australiaviettv@gmail.com including your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. Step 2: Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Step 3: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).
  4. Step 4: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

5. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been opened or used (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Return requests made after the 7-day period.
